Kevin is raising awareness of Owain Lawgoch, known in France as Yvain de Galles. In Mortagne-Sur-Gironde, in South West France, there is a monument to this important figure in Welsh history. Kevin wants to give the Welsh people, and anyone interested in Wales, the opportunity to decide whether there should be a monument in Wales.
Kevin intends to cycle a staggering distance of 1600 miles from South Wales to the monument in France and back. By doing this, he hopes to raise funds for a Welsh monument. The exact location has not yet been decided.
Kevin also wants to raise funds for Parkinson's UK, as he feels strongly about this cause.
